Advancing equity and justice through policy education, advocacy, and systemic change.
About SIPF
Our Three Winners Foundation (OTW), in partnership with the Othering & Belonging Institute and the Islamophobia Research & Documentation Project at the University of California, Berkeley, launched the Social Inclusion Policy Fellowship to cultivate the next generation of policy leaders, advocates, and changemakers dedicated to equality and justice.
The fellowship is designed to educate and engage policymakers on the impact of bias, historical injustices, and systemic exclusion of marginalized communities. Through expert-led sessions, participants explore how Islamophobia intersects with other systems of oppression and learn strategies to create more inclusive, equitable policies.
Building Policy Leaders for an Inclusive Future
This rights-based fellowship provides a transformative space for participants to:
✔ Examine how bias shapes policy and governance
✔ Develop tools to challenge exclusionary narratives
✔ Gain practical techniques for unlearning and debiasing
By engaging with leading scholars, policymakers, and advocates, fellows leave with a deeper understanding of structural inequalities, a stronger sense of empathy, and the skills to influence systemic change.
The Social Inclusion Policy Fellowship is more than an educational experience—it is a movement to inform, shape, and implement policies that foster a more just and inclusive society.
